Exclude Groups from Sharing

In the admin setting, I restricted one group from sharing files.

Is there a way to remove the "Shared with others" and "Shared by link" on their account?

Of course the group are restricted to share files, so these links are not needed and just add confusions to the restricted users.

I even want to create a group where they are only allowed to download but are also restricted to share and upload new file. Is this possible? If anyone can lead me to the code where I could edit it my self to enable this.

Yes this is a bug, those sections should be hidden in this mode.
