[Feature Request] External Storage app support for Azure Storage

Expected behaviour

I'd like to request support for Azure Storage be incorporated into the External Storage app, please. Presumably, this would be for Azure Blog storage.

Our use case is, and I suspect a common one, is to deploy OwnCloud OC on one's server, and as usage grows, to augment storage as required. In our case, it just happens that Azure fits our need for ready to deploy VMs, IoT, and storage.
