- 6 frozen chicken breasts
- 1 jar salsa
- I find the crockpot-ing process mellows out a lot of the salsa's spice, so I typically buy hot salsa
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (8 oz.) plain cream cheese
- Combine all ingredients except cream cheese into crockpot.
- Cook on low for 8 - 12 hours.
- 30 minutes before serving, stir in cream cheese.
- Serve on warm tortillas
