Scheduling Challenge for SAMM Community Meeting

Description:

There was an issue with Meetup & time zone changes causing a scheduling mixup at the monthly community meeting 13 November.

It was raised in Slack with the following questions:

• Is there a way to subscribe to all future monthly meetings, so I won’t need to rely on my personal calendar and stay in sync with the correct meet times
• From what I understood the difference comes from the end of daylight saving time, is the return to standard time going to be reflected in the following meetings or are we out of sync until DST starts in March ’25 ?

Acceptance criteria:

• Users should be able to rely upon Meetup for proper scheduling of the monthly SAMM community meeting
• Users should have access to guidance subscribing to recurring SAMM meetings in Meetup

We will need to verify these capabilities in Meetup.
