clone to themes fails #339

Bug description

The documentation instructions for installing a new theme fail because the destination directory is not empty. It would probably be more convenient to replace them with instructions to use https://github.com/overhangio/indigo instead.

How to reproduce

follow the quickstart steps
git clone https://github.com/edx/sample-themes "$(tutor config printroot)/env/build/openedx/themes/"
fatal: destination path '/home/debian/.local/share/tutor/env/build/openedx/themes' already exists and is not an empty directory.

Workaround

rm -fr "$(tutor config printroot)/env/build/openedx/themes/"
git clone https://github.com/edx/sample-themes "$(tutor config printroot)/env/build/openedx/themes/"
