[DDE GUIDE FEATURE] - Add user id to Dataset dashboard

Not a priority at all, but one thing that'd be cool would be to add a :user route to https://discovery.biothings.io/dashboard/, so that others can look at the datasets you registered. If I want to share the datasets/schemas I've created with other people, there's no way to link to them, without sending each of the individual URLs for the datasets/schemas.
