The URL https://models.silero.ai/models/tts which is used to get a list of models, and which must succeed in a first run of the program, is protected by Cloudflare, and therefore cannot be reliably accessed by the requests library. This will create a langs.json file with the content {} and running the module will always result in the exception "v3_en.pt not in []".
