Mr. Tiny Adventures installer freezes

Describe the bug
When I mount the ISO and execute the installer (Instalar.exe), InstallShield preparation bar freezes at 99% and then disappears without opening the installation window.

Installshield process never stops running in the background. If you try again without aborting it, the bar will be stuck at 0%.

Expected behavior
The bar should reach 100% and then open the main installation window.

The error in the last line keeps repeating forever.

Windows 10 Pro 64-bit (10.0, Build 19044) (19041.vb_release.191206-1406)

Additional context
Mr. Tiny is a obscure Spanish game: https://www.devuego.es/bd/fjuego/mr-tiny-adventures
It's a win32 game, but the installer seems to be win16 (I think).
It can be run in Windows 7 32bits.

Trace.txt is empty.

It works for me. This is probably #226 (comment) again. Try to make sure that there are no other programs running when you run the installer.
