You are very welcome to submit drive-by patches/pull requests for the AO3 software. You can find our Commit Policy and Coding Standards on this wiki.
Our bug tracking database can be found at Google Code otwarchive.
We recommend using Vagrant (Development-Environment) to develop code for the Archive.
