The jpeg12 plugin appears to use a hacked up version of libjpeg turbo (to avoid symbol conflicts with 8 bit jpeg support). Is this version available anywhere? Build scripts indicate it is available here, but it's not publicly accessible:
libjpeg-turbo just recently added the ability to build jpeg12 as a separate library that doesn't conflict with 8 bit jpeg. This hasn't been released yet, but is there any interest in migrating to this API for 12 bit jpeg?
