the branch protection results are not granular enough in SARIF. If users dismisses them once (say, they don't care about 2 reviews and are fine with 1 review), they will never show again even if a setting is changed to 0 reviews

We're tackling this more broadly through the raw results effort #1245, but it will take time to land all the checks.

A temporary solution for branch protection would be useful
