I put in a user group last week and it still is not showing up, and refresh groups button is not working

Note: I think this was because one or more of the repos that were in the group weren't in the list of available repos that's created on application startup, causing incomplete groups that were trashed on creation. Currently confirming that this is the implemented behavior.

Follow up on above: I actually think that the problem was that Cali's auth token expired. We should raise this to the user when it happens and log them out, or implement token refreshing the correct way as an alternative.

@JamesKunstle Personally I am good with opening an issue detailing the change to an automatic log out after a certain amount of time/ updating the description to this one and this being a post OSSNA problem. I dont expect people to hit this within a day or two of logging in (correct me if I am wrong) so it would no longer be ossna critical
