Permalinks redirect causing google crawler loop #2300

Hello guys looks like its a bug in the Osclass itself, with Permalinks in Arabic language, there is an issue on the forum that not solved since 26-01-2018

Here is it: https://forums.osclass.org/general-help/plz-help-permalinks-redirect-causing-google-crawler-loop/

So what's happening exactly is Google rejects any link contains Arabic letter saying " Page fetch Failed: Redirect error "! after searching and testing I figured out that the permalinks is putting the Googles crawler in loop and thats why this error comes!

To be sure I just installed a fresh setup of Osclass 3.8 in the same domain of that having an issue with Google indexing...

The problem came only when any Arabic word in the URL like this for example:

http://sy.oldpazar.com/vehicles/cars/%D8%B3%D9%8A%D8%A7%D8%B1%D8%A9-%D9%84%D9%84%D8%A8%D9%8A%D8%B9_i2

But no problem with this link : http://sy.oldpazar.com/for-sale/animals/example-ad_i1
All English URLs indexed very well.

Its completely fresh setup with the original theme no any plugin no edit, original .htaccess file etc...

Note: There is no problem from the server side as I have many Arabic websites on Wordpress, Laravel working very well without any problem in Google indexing.

Hope you can help and fix this bug

Thanks in advance.
