Some NPCs from magic stores aren't accurate in items they buy/sell, including Frans (Venore) and others not selling Moonlight Rod. NPC Telas also not buying Crystal Pedestal.

NPC Shoddy Beggar from Sea of Light quest doesn't have a spawn point.
