This project is super cool but I wonder if we can extend this to not only uptimes but also some alerts like prometheus alerts.
We could use GH actions manual dispatcher API to allow create new kind of alerts, so we could for example based on a prometheus alert create the GH issue and track if the issue still present.. etc
