IDE, build tool, and compiler support

Just wanted to get a question/answer around IDE, builds tools, and compiler support.

Tested IDEs/build tools:

• Visual Studio 2019 (CMake generated solution)
• Visual Studio 2019 (folder mode)
• Visual Studio 2022 (folder mode)
• Visual Studio Code
• Ninja 1.11

Tested compilers:

• MSVC toolset 142
• MSVC toolset 143
• Clang 14.0.6

Please respond here with other variations that have been tried and whether it was successful or not.
