oh my zsh plugin

Hi all!

Not sure if this is the best plate for this, but just to let know that I have opened a PR adding a tenv plugin for oh my zsh assing tenv completions.

I'd wait till ohmyzsh accepts and merges the plugin into their master branch :)

@coolapso I think that we can do the same for tofuenv, because some people still use it.

Does tofuenv generates autocomplete script the same way as tenv? Cant remember .... if it does not, its a bit more complex than tenv and I am not sure if I know how to do that :/

Cobra and Go tooling makes this so much easier :D
