404 trying to setup a github pages page

I completed the skills-github-pages course.
I'm trying to setup https://PhillipSenn.github.io

OK, I see that I had it named Index.htm, which is wrong on 2 counts.
So I've renamed it index.html but I'm still getting a 404.

OK I figured it out.
The answer was in the quote "Note that it can take up to 10 minutes for changes to your site to publish after you push the changes to GitHub."

So I was making a change and it was having no effect.
Then I would make more changes and it would start working, but because I wasn't making my page unique with every attempt I didn't recognize that it was working all along - it just took time to be deployed.
