Tally Update Improves RingDAO Voting Power Accuracy

The recent update to Tally has largely resolved issues for RingDAO. For new users, voting power data now updates accurately upon delegation. Existing users who have already delegated may still need to perform a collator-staking action with a collator to ensure their data updates correctly.
