pyenv in mac m1 issue

I just installed pyenv on my mac, it has the m1 chip. It was not really happy with any python version installed by pyenv after researching the issue a little I found the problem and the solution however I am not sure how to integrate it with pyenv is there a good way to do it with pyenv.
