TimelineProgress component: Use the built-in Timeline to indicate progress

TimelineProgress is a custom PrimeReact component which uses the built-in Timeline to indicate progress of a process.
It's available as a package on NPM: https://www.npmjs.com/package/primereact-timeline-progress

Here's an example on how it might look like, using horizontal layout and alternate alignment:

(Styling depends on the active PrimeReact theme)
