Currently in the Known Issues in 4.1.1, it is mentioned as below.
Upgrade from version 3.x to 4.x is not supported at present, but will be supported in subsequent releases.
But is there a time line in mind, by when we will get to upgrade from 3.4.1 to 4.x, recently we see 4.2.1 release notes as well but there is no mention on this.
