Mmm. Interesting! If the transactions are not downloaded by the importer, there is little I can do. You can see this in the full logs. |

Yes, like that. If they are in that list, they are filtered out later on. |

No they are not in that list... any idea how I can debug this further ? it was a pain to find the missing transfers :/ |

so the missing transactions from June don't reappear, I tried again today.. and whats more, there are now dozens of transactions missing from August as well :( (they just stop at 23th of August) seems I have to contact gocardless support - any pointers what to tell them ? Is there a debug setting to see the gocardless magic ? |

Support guidelines
I've found a bug and checked that ...
Description
I'm trying to pinpoint why a gocardless import is omitting transactions. I've narrowed it down to a timeframe of 6 days.
My physical bank acocunt statement has 21 transfers in this period. I can also verify this with the banks CSV export feature. In the CSV I see that some of these have earlier dates in a second column - I guess these are not the booked dates. But most of them fall in the same timeframe anyway. Here is the sanitized snipped with added line numbers:
This is my importer json - source is not correct, since I'm on developer branch but the bug was also in stable:
but the importer gives me only 10 transactions for the same timeframe.
As you can see I've disabled all the duplication detection.
The transactions missing are line numbers 4-14 and 19.
Debug information
Not available because the transactions don't make it to Firefly III.
I have the complete debug log, but thats impossible to sanitze, so I'd rather not share it here.
I also have the conversion json, which also only has the 10 transactions which make it to Firefly III.
The only thing that I can see there, is that there is a sudden jump of the external id:
Which corrolates to the missing transactions
Expected behaviour
To get all 21 transactions
Steps to reproduce
Additional info
I've been importing 12/2023 until end of 07/2024 and all other months are fine. Only these couple of days in June give me a headache.
