Importing entire gitlab project on GitHub

Hello, I would love to transfer all projects of a GitLab account to a GitHub account.
Is it possible to do it?

I was trying to copy one repository and I did so: 1. create a new repository on GitHub; 2. copy GitLab url into GitHub url field; 3. generate access token of gitlab repository; 4. authenticate my username and use the access token generated in the password field

However, I get error at the very end of the importing procedure.
