List item Not Created Properly; Item Already Marked as Taken

When attempting to create a new list, the list item is not being created successfully. After clicking the "Create List" button, nothing happens. However, when I close the pop-up and reopen the "Create List" dialog with the same item, it shows that the item is already marked as taken.

This behavior suggests that the list creation process is not completing properly, but the item is still being marked as unavailable.
