Wanting to help but not understanding some things

I noticed certain scripts lack a button to link to the project's website. For example, Wallos lacks a button, whereas Actual Budget has a website button. It is entirely unclear to me where the underlying data is coming from. Again, by example, I can find no references to actualbudget.org anywhere in the organization code, yet that url is what the website button leads to. So, could you enlighten me on how this is working so that I might suggest edits or offer pull requests to contribute missing info?

And the scripts are currently stored in a pocketbase database, but I believe @BramSuurdje is working on using a transparent json file for each script instead of a database

Thank you. Is there a clear plan for the future structure/relation between the scripts in the VE repository and the data on the site such that the two are entirely in sync?

No there is not a clear plan.

My initial thought is that manually adding a json file for a script when we want it exposed on the site is fine for now. A script being merged to main branch does not always mean it is ready to be exposed right away, sometimes more testing is required. We might also want to sync scripts being exposed on site with official releases / updating changelog.

Though I think we should fetch these variables from install scripts so they are always up to date when viewing a script on the site
