After upgrading from 4.4-4.10 release, we are facing API failure issues while logging in and also while creating content.
Below is the list of APIs

read = /api/data/v1/form/read [status code = 404]
read = /learner/user/v1/consent/read [status code = 404]
undefined = /api/channel/v1/read/undefined [status code = 404]
sunbird = learner/data/v1/system/settings/get/sunbird [status code = 404]
create = content/content/v1/create [status code = 403]

Hi @Nithin-ns24 Could you please explain how you upgraded from 4.4 to 4.10 ? Are you upgrading every minor releases ? like 4.4 to 4.5 ?
You mention that you upgraded to 4.10 but you also say you are facing issue in updating forms in 4.7 release . Please clarify

This is the form update process in 4.7 release

Also, pls share the upgrade documentation that you are following.

@Nithin-ns24 the form config for segmentation_v2 is mentioned in the following ticket
