This isn't strictly correct, since we should also request transactions when we're looking for inscriptions, but this is a simple first step towards fixing #838. With this change, building the index drops from ~1.5 hours to ~2 minutes on my macbook, and from ~12 hours to 9 minutes on ordinals.com.
