Raph and I have both run into an issue when inscribing locally on regtest, where inscribing triggers a rescan of the chain/outputs/transactions in bitcoin core. This makes inscribing many items slow.

I ran into similar issues with a lot of inscriptions on regtest.
When I reset the regtest folder in bitcoin issues go away.

In prior versions when I would do batch inscriptions using shell to loop through inscribe commands I would have to run the --no-backup or ord would take too long searching the wallet and would fail. I would get in the habit of running that if my regtest wallet had a ton of outputs on it.
