Add "craft" to imported tags'

I just noticed that a kombucha place near me doesn't show up on the map, visibly nor in search. I realized that it doesn't have an "amenity" tag, though it does have a "craft" tag. I suspect that I ought to add the "amenity" tag to it on OSM.

That said, from a brief look it seems that I should probably also just import anything for search that has a "craft" tag:

I don't want to just add the tag without an eyeball look to make sure I don't import a bunch of junk, so I'm making an issue here.

BTW this goes into the _skip_loudly function in extract_search.py
