write e2e/interchain test based on this flow.

Run local chain, several local users submit several bank, staking, ... and oracle Txs, verify that after N blocks that OracleTx are prioritized.

  • Basic interchain test
  • Basic bash script test
  • Extensive high number of txs test
  • Full mempool tests
  • Documentation of test scenario
