Add Privacy Manifest file for iOS to support use of required reason API

Hi, according to the new Apple privacy policy apps and third party SDK's should contain a privacy manifest file, named PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy. See message below.

Starting May 1, 2024, when you upload a new app or app update, you must include a NSPrivacyAccessedAPITypes array in your app’s privacy manifest to provide approved reasons for these APIs used by your app’s code. Would it be possible to add privacy manifest file to pushiomanager-react-native?
