Add list of components that are required after migration

The following Verrazzano components should not be removed after phase one migration or you will break core functionality such as console, OAuth2, WebLogic, etc. as I have described previously. The only exceptions are the prometheusPushgateway and prometheusAdapter which are optional, they may or may not be used by the installation, depends what the user configured.
