This is the main tracking issue for adding translator descriptions to all strings in the codebase to provide a basic translation context.

@BenHenning could you elaborate on this issue. From my understanding, we have to add a description tag to strings describing their purpose or smtg similar ig.
Also please add the issue tags.

Assigning this to myself to add more clarity @rishidyno (though I'll likely be doing this much later). This requires a lot more guidance in order for it to be worked on.

@adhiamboperes does this need to block GA? Since most of our strings are already translated, we probably don't get a lot of value from this in the medium term (though I think it's still important for the long term). Or, am I missing something?
