Bug Report

What did you do?
Installed An operator which provides a clusterwide CRD

What did you expect to see?
UI where I could list the clusterwide CRD instances

What did you see instead? Under which circumstances?
undefined, 404

olm-clusterwide-1
olm-clusterwide-2
olm-clusterwide-3

Environment

  • operator-lifecycle-manager version:
  • Kubernetes version information: v1.14
  • Kubernetes cluster kind: OCP 4.x (CRC)

Additional context
The clusterwide CRD instances are properly listed if check in
Administration>Cluster Resource Definitions>config.operator.tekton.dev>instances
