- Add some randomization to link dial retry times. Fixes Link connection retry delays should contain some randomization #2062
- Fix panic on link close. Fixes Fix panic on link close #2064
- Return router hosts to c5.xlarge. t3.large was too cpu limited.
- Update changelog
