[BUG] Edgex READYDEPLOYMENT quantity in the case of multiple Edgex instance has a cascading effect #103

What happened:
all Edgex instance READYDEPLOYMENT quantity changed ,when new Edgex instance deploying:

@theonefx Hello, we will release the v0.3.0 version soon. After my test, there should be no such problem in v0.3.0. If you want to try it out ahead of time, pull the main branch and execute it:

helm install yurt-edgex-manager --set manager.image=lavenderqaq/yurt-edgex-manager:v0.3.0 ./charts/yurt-edgex-manager

I'm using my own docker image here, and an official openyurt image will be released soon.
