Deprecate / remove BBS module?

The BBS module has been added a while ago, but it hasn't been used, and is not recommend to use anymore. I suggest we remove the BBS module, and possibly in the future we add support for a newer version of BBS to Credo.

We got to the same point with ACA-Py — especially because there was no ARM artifact for the BBS library, so including it was a pain for developers. We removed it as an “included by default” component, and added documentation for anyone that wanted to use BBS Signatures on how to update their deployment to include the capability. Eventually, we’ll add it back in, with a newer version.
