Making a new tagged Jumbo release

  1. First do a final update of CHANGES-jumbo.git and CREDITS-jumbo!
  2. Define (de-comment) JTR_RELEASE_BUILD in params.h
  3. Commit that and tag that commit as 1.9.0-Jumbo-1
  4. Undo the params.h change in next commit
