lodash does not get loaded when installing via npm install #95

When running the example I get the following error:

npm run example

I checked the package.json file and there is no dependency to lodash

"dependencies": {},

Just got bit by this as well. It's basically the same issue as #75 but with lodash now. I think the best course of action is again to simply remove lodash as it is only used in a couple places to do things that can be done directly with pure JS.
