Download bar keeps on going once the measure gets downloaded. #273

while downloading the OS measures from the OS app, the download bar keeps on going showing downloading but after I open the model again I can see the measure downloaded but still the bar shows downloading.

I have attached the link to the screen cature for the issue.

Can't reproduce on Ubuntu 18.04, but indeed I can reproduce on windows 10 with 1.2.0-rc6
