Would translate to OSM and use as the library model

I'm going to disagree with this one. The RT is so partial that I don't want it.

If you want a library from IDF, do Import > IDF, then review what was effectively reverse translated, then if you're happy load the OSM as a library.

I'm tempted to close as Won't Fix / Works as Expected
