Possibly related to NREL/OpenStudio#1587

In OpenStudio v1.8.4 (Windows 64-bit) the Space tab grid view exhibits a strange column size shift after 100 spaces:
1 8 4_spacegrid

This occurs (to varying degree) on all sub-tabs:
1 8 4_spacegridloads

that is a pretty serious example of the issue. it has to do with the paginating that happens to the rows. Every 100 rows is in a new layout which does its own column layout.

Still an issue in 2.2.1. (I discovered that I could select all spaces, and click the "+" signs and they would be duplicated. Interesting, I thought the "x2" was intended to do that (greyed when you select several)
