[amenity-points] More sophisticated rendering of parking

Hi,

think we had a seperation between normal surface parking (and private ones) and multistoreies. Unfortunatly now they are rendered with the same 'P' icon.

I recommend to render multistories with a P and roof even for higher zoomlevels so drivers get a clue where they might park in a city.
