Broken link on openstreetmap.org/copyright site

Hi,

there is a broken link on https://www.openstreetmap.org/copyright/en

Our contributors -> Austria: The link of "Land Vorarlberg" should be http://data.vorarlberg.gv.at/

I'm not sure if this is the right place to file an issue. If not, just let me know :)

In fact that site (or rather http://data.vorarlberg.gv.at/ogd/newsuebersicht-mitbild-/downloadgeodatenlandvorar.htm) has the exact same link as us!

"Land Vorarlberg" is at the moment https://www.vorarlberg.at/vorarlberg/bauen_wohnen/bauen/vermessung_geoinformation/weitereinformationen/services/wmsdienste.htm which leads to https://vorarlberg.at/web/land-vorarlberg/page-404-not-found;jsessionid=FA67F53DF07BC324234397A0B0692711

Right, and that is the link we already have.

So somebody needs to talk to them and get them to fix it, or tell us what the replacement is.

I assume that the link at the time was provided by the Land Vorarlberg, if they want us to point it somewhere else they would need to state so much. If it isn't necessary for legal reasons, it would be best removed as obviously maintaining this kind of stuff by literally "changing the code" is, lets be nice, not a particularly good idea.
