First you have to connect your wallet when on a proposal detail page. Then to be able to vote you need voting power, your voting power is calculated at the "snapshots" of the proposal. The snapshots are the block heights where we read the voting power from. If you didn't have the tokens at the target chain block number, you will not have any voting power and won't be able to vote. |
