With Sphinx:

sphinx-build -E -W --color -b html -d {envtmpdir}/doctrees \
        docs/source {envtmpdir}/html
sphinx-build -E -W --color -b linkcheck -d {envtmpdir}/doctrees \
        docs/source {envtmpdir}/linkcheck

Maybe myint/rstcheck and PyCQA/pydocstyle too?

Any others?
