[BUG] Update series/date histogram in data config panel results invalid query

What is the bug?
Click "Update chart" in data config panel results invalid query

How can one reproduce the bug?
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'event-analytics' and run query "source = opensearch_dashboards_sample_data_logs | stats max(bytes), avg(bytes) by host" click refresh
2. delete "avg bytes" and update date histogram enteries from data config panel and click "Update chart"
3. results invalid query with timestamp undefined

What is the expected behavior?
PPL query should get update with respective data config entries
