[FEATURE] Build connector tool

We have released AgentFramework in OS 2.13. It supports a set of tools.

We plan to add a new ConnectorTool which leverage current connector framework to call any REST APIs. User can do a lot of useful tasks with this tool in agent framework like

• Check Ops ticket status by calling get ticket API, or close one ticket with close ticket API
• Built function in AWS Lambda, then use ConnectorTool to call AWS Lambda function URL
