[DOC] No link on "documentation ->" buttons

On page https://opensearch.org/docs/latest/, the four "Documentation ->" buttons are no-ops, while everything else in each box is an active link. You'd think that the "Documentation ->" buttons were the best place to click!

What other resources are available? Provide links to related issues, POCs, steps for testing, etc.
